Hello,

I have just placed TkRat version 2.1b3 on tkrat.org. There have only
been a couple of small changes since the last beta. The reason I release
another beta now and not 2.1 is that I am going on vacation later this
week, and that means that I will be without internet access for three
weeks. I expect to release 2.1 shortly after I get back.

PS I have already started to work on the version which is to follow 2.1.

It gives me great pleasure to be able to announce that TkRat 2.1 has
been released. The new release can be found on http://www.tkrat.org as
usual.

Changes since 2.0:
* Now has the concept of offline and online modes

* The folder window has been completely redesigned and is now hopefully
  much easier to use (although a lot of work remains here)

* Now supports IMAP/POP3 over SSH or SSL

* Added support for roles so you can have different personalities

* Completely rewrote the preferences window so it should be easier to
  navigate.

* Added Polish and Portuguese texts

* Lots of minor bug fixes and enhancements
