Hello,

I have now placed TkRat version 2.1.2 on the website (www.tkrat.org).
THis is a small maintenance upgrade to the 2.1-branch. It fixes a number
of bugs and implements some speedups. The full list of changes follows:

030923: (feature) Work around bugs in tcl/tk which prevented build. Also
	fixed some const-issues which also prevented building.

030611: (bug fix) Handle localized characters as well as () in subject
	when doing pretty-print.

030528: (bug fix) Escape non us-ascii characters when pretty-printing.

030408: (feature) Applied speedup patch by Don Lewis.

030217: (bug fix) Avoid core-dump on bad Delivery Status Notifications.

030214: (bug fix) Generated bad line-break when breaking long header lines.
