No connection to IMAP server.

Will that pick up the entire INBOX hierarchy for my account on
that server, or am I going to have to do this 100+ times for all
the subfolders there?  Does this "create mailbox" option just
tell tkrat of a folder's existence, or is it going to cause
problems with folders that already exist on the server?

(If it matters, the server is a recent version of the Cyrus imapd.)

I looked for this kind of information in the online help, on
the web site, and in the tkrat man page, but didn't find it.
Did I miss a source of documentation?  (The list archives
unfortunately do not have search capability which makes them
less useful in this kind of situation.)
