Hmmm... When looking at the message in the Sent folder, I have the same
thing:

 Content-Type: APPLICATION/x-gzip; NAME*=3D"iso-8859-1''TestFran%E7ais.txt.=
gz"

Mozilla says:

 Content-Type: application/gzip;
  name=3D"=3D?ISO-8859-1?Q?TestFran=3DE7ais=3D2Etxt=3D2Egz?=3D"

So it looks like the problem starts before the message is even sent out the
door. What version are you using? Maybe I need to install a new one.
