The problem here is that Tk does not provide any commands to set a color
image as icon. So TkRat just sets a monochrome one (found in
misc/tkrat.xbm).

But I did a quick search and there seems to be a nifty workaround. I'll
try to implement the fix in the 2.2-branch shortly. Unfortunately I will
not have time to work on TkRat for the next week or so. So it will take
a little while.
