What happened to Shift-RightButton?

Well, the functionality was gone. But I just reinstated it so Shift-B2
which toggle the flagging of all messages since the last flagged
message.

I am also thinking of doing another change. Currently when you flag a
range or just drag it actually just inverts the flagging status of each
message. So if you have one message which is already flagged and flag a
range containing this message it will actually get unflagged. I am
considering changing this so the range operations (including drag)
always sets the flag to the same value as the base got set to (the
message the operation started at). That is the flag of the first message
would be toggled but all others would be set to the same value as the
first. Opinions?
