Setting x11 window size

Hello,

Recently started using tkrat.  When I start tkrat it fills the entire screen
and the bottom goes beyond my terminal window.  How can I control the
initial startup window size.

The client is running on FreeBSD 4.8 using fluxbox as the window manager.

The Xserver is running on windows 2000 using cygwin Xfree86.  I beleive
cygwin uses the current windows resolution.  The resolution is set at
1024x768.  I don't want to increase the resolution on the windows side.

Any input would be great.
