Setting x11 window size

Admin -> Preferences... -> Options -> Advanced -> Behaviour

Set "Window geometry" to "Do remember". This way tkrat will start
using the window size like it was when you quitted tkrat last time.

This may break sometimes. Edit .ratatosk/placement then.
